Ingredients

  1. 200 gmall purpose flour
  2. 150 gmsugar
  3. 50 gmbutter
  4. 1/2 cupblueberry squash
  5. 1lemon zest
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. 2 cupmilk
  10. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take butter in a bowl

    Add sugar

    Mix them

    Blend nicely

    Baking soda

  6. 6

    Baking powder

  7. 7

    Mix them

    Add milk

  9. 9

    Add 2 cup of milk

    Mix till smooth consistency

    Take lemon

    Lemon zest

    Add lemon zest and mix well

    Squeeze lemon jiuce

  15. 15

    Mix lemon juice on the mixture

    Mix well

    Add flour

    Mix it

    Make smooth batter

    Take a bowl and put a butter paper aur any other paper

    Add blueberry squash and mix well

    Remove batter in cake bowl

    Again add some blueberry squash

    Take a spoon and mix the squash

    Bake it in microwave.in 180℃

    Take out from microwave

    After cooling take out from bowl

    Slowly remove it

    Remove the paper

    Add sugar and lemon juice on cake for make it mor tasty and spoongy

    Add 3 tsp squash on cake

  32. 32

    Icing it from blueberry squash and lemon zest

  33. 33

    Cut the cake and enjoy with evening tea
