Ingredients

  1. 200 mlFresh cream
  2. 100 mlCondensed milk
  3. 50 gramsbrown Sugar
  4. 2 tspButter
  5. 15Cashewnuts finely chopped
  6. 1 tspbutter scotch essence

Cooking Instructions

    For crunch:Take sugar in a pan, melt completely. stir, keep flame medium. Once completely melt, trun off flame. Add cashews to it, add butter. Mix well then put to set in a plate for 20 minutes.

    For icecream :Take cold fresh cream in a big bowl, whip at low speed for some time, add condensed milk whip again.

    Take a bowl filled with ice cubes, keep the cream condensed milk bowl over it. Whip it again.

    Cream double in volume now add 1 tsp essence, whip it again slightly. Keep the mix in frezzer for 2 hours.

    Take out the set crunch and crush it. Now take out the mix from freezer and whip again.

    After whip add some crunch to it mix well, then put in a container. Spread some crunch over it. Close the lid. Keep it in freezer to set for 6 to 7 hours. Now better scotch ice cream is ready.
