Lentils sauce, banana chapati and sweet and sour glazed chicken

Ingredients

  1. Green bananas
  2. Milk
  3. All purpose flour
  4. Salt
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Lentils
  7. Tomatoes
  8. Dhania
  9. Coconut cream
  10. Spices of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all what you need for chapati, in a blender put milk, precooked green bananas, salt and sugar blend to a thick constancy put in a small basin and add in flour and knead to a dough

    After your dough has rested pin it out and roll into small balls, cover for few minutes roll and fry them.

    Have all your ingredients ready, chop and fry onion till golden brown add in tomatoes and let them cook, add in coconut cream and spices them pre-booked lentils. In other saucepan boil a chicken and glaze it with tamarind and honey mix glaze

    Serve and let's enjoy
