Ingredients

30 - 40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3tomatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 4 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 cupouzo
  5. 1 cupcream (heavy, light or soya)
  6. 3/4 cuptomato sauce
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1 tsporegano
  9. 100 grfeta cheese
  10. 600 grpasta of your choice

Cooking Instructions

30 - 40 minutes

    Dice the tomatoes and onion

  2. 2

    Put 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot and add tomatoes and onion. Cook until they change color

  3. 3

    Add the ouzo and let it boil for 5 minutes or until it is reduced in half

  4. 4

    Add salt, plenty of pepper and oregano.

  5. 5

    Add the cream and the tomato sauce and let boil for another 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Crumble the feta cheese in

  7. 7

    And let boil again for 5 minutes or until it thickens a bit

  8. 8

    You should already have made the pasta as you usually do. Boil, drain and return to the pot. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and mix

We dont add the cream, if you omit it you have a lighter version! Tasty!
