Cooking Instructions

Mix the yeast & sugar in a 1/4 cup lukewarm water for 10mns

Mix the flours, sugar,salt add oil. Mix till it resembles bread crumbs

Now add the yeast mixture & milk. Bind into a medium soft dough. Keep kneading till the dough is not sticky anymore

Apply oil on the dough. Cover to rise for 1&1/2 hrs

After that punch it. Knead again. Take a square tin grease it, make medium balls. Arrange them.

Let them rise for 15 mins. Bake in a preheated oven160°c for 15 mins

Bake till done
