Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven at 180°. Grease 2 9 inches cake pan and set aside.

Using a hand mixer beat butter and sugar for 10 minutes or until two times its size. Break the eggs and separate the egg white and egg yolk. Add the yolk in the butter mixture and beat for one minute.

Using a hand mixer Beat the egg white for 10 minutes or until white and fluffy. Add the egg white in the butter mixture, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, butter milk and beat until all combine. Grate the nutmeg and turn.

Separate the batter and bake for 20 to 45 minutes.
