Ingredients: 250 gr rice vermicelli, soak in hot water for 5 minutes and drain; 2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly; 1 pce of wood ear mushroom, sliced thinly; 1 handfull of broccoli, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, drain; 2 shallots, sliced; 1 spring onion, chopped; 2 tbs sesame oil; 1 pinch salt and pepper; 2 tbs soy sauce; 1 tbs oyster sauce; 3 tbs water; 3 slices bacon, chopped

250 grrice vermicelli, soak in hot water for 5 minutes and drain
2 clovesgarlic, sliced thinly
1pce of wood ear mushroom, sliced thinly
1handfull of broccoli, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, drain
2shallots, sliced
1spring onion, chopped
2 tbssesame oil
1 pinchsalt and pepper
2 tbssoy sauce
1 tbsoyster sauce
3 tbswater
3 slicesbacon, chopped

Cara Membuat

30-40 minutes

Heat the pan, add sesame oil, sliced garlic, sliced shallots, and bacon. Sauteed until the bacon is cooked

Add broccoli, wood ear mushroom, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and water. Stir until the broccoli is cooked, check the taste
3

Add vermicelli and soy sauce. Stir them well and serve

Awalnya pingin bikin kwetiau siram seafood.. Tapi berhubung pas belanja ga nemu kwetiau basah, belilah rice noodles yang kering.. Ngeliat teksturnya jadi mikir, ini kalau dibuat siram ga cocok cenderung jadi hancur hasil nya krna tipis dan lebarnya kecil.. Yaudah alhasil dibikin goreng aja..Tipsnya: lebih baik mencampur bumbunya pake sumpit.. Dan bener-bener mendekati terakhir masukinnya biar hasilnya ga patah2 kayak digambar.. Hehe✌🏻
