Fyi I am a lover of bala-bala (ote-ote), and I often buy it when shopping at the market or when there are fried food vendors.   2. 1/4 kgWortel
  3. 2 BungkusKecambah
  4. 3 IrisGubis
  5. SecukupnyaPre dan Seledri
  6. Bahan Bumbu Halus:
  7. 6 SiungBamer
  8. 6 SiungBaput
  9. 7 ButirMerica
  10. SedikitKetumbar
  11. SedikitGaram
  12. SedikitGula
  13. 1/2 BungkusRoyco (Sesuai selera)
  14. 1/3 OnsTepung Terigu

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Haluskan bumbu halus dengan Cooper

  2. 2

    Campurkan bumbu dengan ⅓ ons tepung

  3. 3

    Cacah sayuran (wortel, gubis, pre, dan seledri) lalu masukkan kedalam adonan tepung

  4. 4

    Tuangkan garam, gula, royco sampai rasanya pas sesuai selera lalu goreng di penggorengan Suggo atau cake pan dengan api kecil

  5. 5

    Ketika sudah setengah matang pindahkan di wajan biasa dengan api sedang dan balik bala-bala agar matang sempurna

  6. 6

    Sajikan di atas piring dengan cabai hijau. Bala-bala hangat siap disantap :)
