Bahan-bahan

  1. 250 gchicken fillet (thigh part), minced
  2. 250 gshrimp, peeled and chopped in small squares
  3. 1jicama, chopped in small squares
  4. 1carrot, chopped in small squares
  5. 1onion, chopped finely
  6. 3spring onions, chopped finely
  7. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  8. Sugar
  9. Salty soy sauce
  10. 1 tbspsesame oil
  11. White pepper
  12. 250 gsago flour
  13. Wonton Wrap
  14. 25 piecesof wonton wrapper
  15. 1medium-size carrot, grated
  16. 1egg white, mixed
  17. Dipping Sauce: Mix Well
  18. 5 tbspchili sauce
  19. Vinegar
  20. Salt
  21. Sugar
  22. Water

Cara Membuat

    Combine all ingredients except for sago flour, and mix well. Add sago flour, and blend well.

  2. 2

    Take the wonton wrapper, and fill with the siomay filling, wrap. Top with grated carrot. Repeat until you use up all the siomay filling.

    Place raw siomay into heated steamer, steam on low heat. When their color change, steam for awhile longer, then remove from heat.
