પેલા પાપડ ને એક લોઢી માં સેકી લેવો.

પછી એક બાઉલ માં સમારેલી ડુંગળી અને ટામેટાં લઈ તેમાં ચાટ મસાલો નાખી તેને મિક્સ કરી લો.

પછી એ મિક્સ થઈ જઈ એટલે તેને પાપડ પર પથરી દો.

પછી તેના પર કોથમીર નાખવી.તો ત્યાર છે આપડો મસાલા પાપડ.
