Ingredients

  1. 2Beetroots grated
  2. Handfuldates pitted and rasins
  3. 1 cupnuts (almonds, pista, cashew)
  4. 1/2 cupoats flour
  5. 2cardmoms
  6. Coca powder
  7. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add little water to grated beetroots and cook them till tender. You can steam them or cook in microwave

  2. 2

    Now grind the dates and raisins to a coarse mixture, add the chopped nuts and give another pulse, add the oats flour to it and give it another pulse in the mixer.

    Add this mixture to the Cooked beetroots and fold in together the mixer ingredients. Give it a good mix add a pinch of cardmom powder and roll them into ladoos

  4. 4

    You can dust it with coco powder or sesame seeds.
