  1. 500 gmspring onion
  2. 2green chilli
  3. 2 spoonoil
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped the spring onion leaf along with onion portion.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok. Put chopped green chilli. And fry for 2 minutes.

    Now add chopped spring onion mix it properly and put for 5 minutes by covering.

    Now add salt and again cook until it's water get evaporate completely.

  5. 5

    Spring onion stir fry is ready. Serve it as a side dish along with dal and rice.
