Ingredients

  1. 4Bread slices
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1 tspItalian herbs
  4. 1small capsicum
  5. 1onion
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  8. To tastesalt
  9. as requiredTomato sauce
  10. 1/3 cupfresh thick curd
  11. as requiredSchezwan chutney, butter

    First, besan and curd mix well.

    Chopped the Veggies in long shape.

  3. 3

    Mix all Veggies in besan, herbs and spices as well. keep the better thick.

  4. 4

    Now spread the schezwan chutney on bread and put the better and spread very well.

  5. 5

    Now Heat a non stick pan or tawa.grease with butter. Put the bread from better side and roast it. Turn the side up and roast also it.

    Serve with tomato sauce.
