Ingredients

  1. 1 bagdried Lima beans
  2. Butter
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1carrot
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 2chicken bouillon cubes
  7. 4 cupswater
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop onion and garlic and sauté with butter until translucent.

  2. 2

    Bring water to a boil. Add sautéed veggies and bag of Lima beans.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil. Then let simmer for one hour..or until beans are tender.

  4. 4

    Take off heat and let thicken for 20 mins..reheat if necessary. YUM!
