Line 8" square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil leaving an overhang on sides to lift the finished fudge out.

Melt the peanut butter and sugar together in a large bowl until completely melted and smooth on low flame (you can microwave it too for a minute take out mix and again microwave for another minute so melt nicely)

Remove from gas microwave or induction whatever you are using stir in the vanilla essence (add salt if you prefer salty) add castor sugar until completely combined

The mixture is very thick fold them into the fudge when it is still warm

Press the fudge into prepared baking pan smoothing the top with the spatula

Chill it in the fridge atleast for 2 hours or until firm
- 7
Cut into pieces store Fudge in an airtight container in the fridge
