  • 2Chicken Breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tandoori Spice Mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Pat the chicken dry.

  2. 2

    Spread tandoori spice over the chicken and season with s&p.

  3. 3

    Preheat a pan to medium heat with a drizzle of oil (gas stove).

  4. 4

    Cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side (6-8 for electric) while partially covered.
