Cooking Instructions

Peel the cucumber and grate it. Keep aside so that all the juices starts oozing. Collect the fresh juice by squeezing the grated cucumber.

Add the curd to the grated cucumber. Heat a pan. Add oil and mustard seeds. Once it starts sputtering
- 3
Add the tempering to the cucumber. Add required salt.
