Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCurd/Yoghurt
  2. 1/3 cupwater
  3. 2 smallCucumber (diced/grated)
  4. 1 smallchopped onion
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/3 bunchCorainder leaves (finelychopped)
  7. 2green chillies (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the curd/yoghurt in a mixing bowl. Whisk it till it becomes smooth and creamy.Add water to it and mix them.

  2. 2

    Add cucumber,onion,corainder leaves,salt,green chillies & black pepper to it.Mix them well.Chill it and serve.

  3. 3
