Prepare the batter first: add wheat flour, rice flour, egg and salt to taste. Whisk well with water to get a batter.

Heat the dosa pan, add a spoon of batter and spread well like dosa. Add grated coconut and sugar to this. Add a tsp of ghee if required. Then fold it as shown in the picture. Flip to the other side. Ready to serve. Stuffed pancakes ready!!!
