Cooking Instructions

Remove seeds from dates.Add to blender jar and Grind into fine paste.Take out the paste in a bowl.Now heat 1 tbsp Ghee in a pan on LOW flame and Roast Almonds,cashews,pistawalnuts for 2-3 min till light brown.Take out in a Plate.

In the same pan add 1 tbsp Ghee and add dates paste.Saute for 3_4 min till it becomes soft mixture.let it cool.

In another pan dryroast Coconut slices till light brown.Take out in a Plate.In the same pan add poppy seeds and Dry Roast for 1-2 min.Add Roasted nuts to dates paste.Also add Coconut slices,Cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.Mix with hand thoroughly.

Dates laddu mixture is ready.Make Balls.

In a Plate spread Roasted poppy seeds and coat all laddus with poppy seeds.

Keep these laddus in fridge to set.
