Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped ripe mango
  2. 1/2 cuplow-fat milk
  3. 5-6 cubesice
  4. 1/4 cupplain low-fat yogurt
  5. 1 tbsphoney
  6. as requiredChopped pistachios and Almonds for garnish OR Lime and Mint (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

3-4 minutes

    Add all the ingredients in a Blender jar.

    And blend until Creamy and Smooth.

    Now Mango Smoothie is Ready Garnish with some chopped pistachios and Almonds and ENJOY!
