Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAlmond milk
  2. 1/2 cupplain low fat yogurt
  3. 1/2 cupChai tea
  4. 4 smallMandarin oranges peeled
  5. 6Ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients into high powered blender or juicer and blend for 2 minutes minimum.

  2. 2

    Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
