Cooking Instructions

First take the art add kasuri methi, salt, awjin oil and make the dough using warm water. Keep it aside.

Now take the cauliflower. Grat it. Then in a pan add oil, add hing, whole Jeera, ginger and green Chile paste. Fry it. Now add the gratted cauliflower. Keep stiring. Now add turmeric and red Chile powder, dhaniya and jeera powder. Keep stiring till the water from the cauliflower is drained and it is cooked. Now add salt, sugar, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix well. Cook it till the consistency becomes little tight.

Now make small balls from the dough. Put small amount of the gobi stuffing. Make it into round balls, roll it with the help of atta. Now make the roti on the tawa. Brush it with little ghee.
