Take a large bowl and all the ingredients mentioned above into it and give it a nice mix.

Using a little water knead the flour into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Divide the dough equally into small balls.

Roll them out using dry whole wheat flour.

On a hot gridle cook the rolled dough from both the sides by smearing ghee and cook till it becomes brown and crisp from both sides. Serve with any gravy of your choice or just raita.
