Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 1/4 cupcornflour
  3. 1 cupdiced onion
  4. 1 cupdiced capsicum
  5. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  6. 1 tbspvinegar
  7. 4 tbspcooking oil
  8. 2 tbspchopped spring onion
  9. 1 tspchilli sauce
  10. 1 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut paneer into cubes. Coat well with corn starch. Shallow fry it in a non stick pan.

    Now take a pan add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute now add diced onion and capsicum. Stir fry over a high flame.

    Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and mix nicely. Add salt and chilli powder. After this add the cornflour paste and stir it. Add paneer cubes. Garnish with spring onion.
