Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsCassava (diced)
  2. 1/2 CupSugar
  3. 1 CupMilk
  4. 1/2 CupCoconut (grated)
  5. 2 TbspCornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Grind all the items together,except Coconut

  2. 2

    Pour in a mould and steam for 15 mins, after cool down cut in pieces and dip in Coconut,Voila simple tasty Cassava pudding ready
