  1. 5Hard boiled eggs
  2. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  3. 1 tspMustard sauce
  4. Chilli flakes
  5. 1/2 tsp+1/2 tspSalt
  6. Coriander leaves chopped handful
  7. 2 tbspBread crumbs
  8. 2Beaten eggs
  9. 2 tbspRefined flour

Cooking Instructions

    Take the eggs and hard boiled them. Deshell them. Cut the eggs into halves.scoop out the eggs yolks in a mixing bowl and keep aside.

    Now take the yolks bowl and add half of the salt, chilli flakes and whole mayonnaise n musturd sauce. Mix them very well. Transfer to a pipping bag.

    Add the left over chilli flakes and salt to the bread crumbs and heat the oil to deep fry the eggs.Take a egg portion and dip in flour and then to beaten egg and at last to bread crumbs. And deep fry the eggs till golden. Transfer to kitchen towel. And keep aside.

    Arrange the eggs in a serving dish and fill in the emptied yolk portion with the pipping bag mixture. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
