Ingredients

  1. For filling:
  2. 4-5Boiled potatoes
  3. As per taste Spices
  4. 2chopped onions
  5. 15-16chopped coriandwr leaves
  6. 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  7. 1chopped green chilli
  8. Forpakora:
  9. 1katori besan
  10. As required Oil
  11. 5-6Bread slices
  12. As per taste Spices
  13. 1/2 tspajwain

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil potatoes and peel them and mash them properly. Then add spices,onions,green chilli,amchoor powder and mix it and make a filling and put it aside.

    Now take a bid bowl and add besan,spices and ajwain and make a smooth batter and cut the bread slice into 4 parts. Use 2 parts for 1 bread, apply filling on one bread and close it with 2 and dip it into batter and fry it in oil and serve it with ketchup.
