The colors and taste of this drink is amazing, adding some local flavour like blak salt and chat masala make this drink super tasty.
Cooking Instructions

First remove seeds of java Plum, chop it.

Now take a mixar jar and add chopped java plum, ice cubes, chat masala, black salt, lemon juice, sugar and grind it.

Now take this puree in glass, add some mint leaves and add chilled soda water. Serve it. I garnished it with fresh cherry.
