Broccoli and mushroom in garlic sauce

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbroccoli florets
  2. 2 cupmushroom thick slices
  3. 1 tbspgarlic chooped
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tspcornflour
  6. 1/2 tsporegano
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat butter in non stick pan. Add chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.

  2. 2

    Add mushroom and broccoli. Saute on medium flame for three four minutes.

  3. 3

    When cooked add salt and oregano. Dissolve the cornflour in little water and add to the pan. Cook it till the thicken gravy.

    Serve hot with bread.
