Stir fry capsicum and tomatoes with paneer cube and brown bread

Roast paneer cubes.

Toast the bread on griddle without oil.

Now heat a wok add bit oil. Fry capsicum and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and ketchup. Serve as a healthy vegetarian breakfast.
