Sizzling brownie with icecream

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose Flour/ Maida
  2. 1/4 cupCoco powder
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 cupbutter/oil
  6. 1 cupcurd
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla essance
  9. 200 gmmelted chocolate
  10. 1/2 cupchopped nuts
  11. 2 tbspchocolate syrup
  12. 2 scoopvanilla ice cream

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sugar and curd well stir till sugar dissolves completely

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl sieve Flour,cocoa,baking powder and baking soda mix well add oil curd mixture add essence abd mix well

  3. 3

    Now add flour mixture in curd and mix well to get a thick but soft batter ads melted dark chocolate in tge mixture in mix in one direction

    Transfer the mixture into a greased tin bake preheated oven at 200 degree. bake dor 20-25minutes or till done

  5. 5

    Allow it to cool before sizzling Now put the sizzler plate on fire and when it's heated then place it back on tray and put pineapple slice and on top of it put brownie and ice cream on it then put chocolate syrup on it and decorate with nuts
