Ingredients

  1. 2Cucumber (Chopped)
  2. 1Small onion (chopped)
  3. 1 tbspSour Malai/cream
  4. 1 tbspSour Curd
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspSugar
  8. 1/2 tspWhite Vinegar
  9. 1 tspMix herbs

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. and chopped onion

  2. 2

    Take a large bowl add cucumber,Onion, Sour Malai,Sour Curd, black pepper powder,salt, sugar, White Vinegar,Mix hearbs stir to combine and chill to 2 hour at least

    After 2 hour ready to serve

    Enjoy your salad
