  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 2onions finely chopped
  3. 1green chilli finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1/tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/4 tspchat masala
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. 1/2lemon juice
  14. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  15. 1 tspCoriander chutney
  16. 1 tbspButter or ghee
  17. 5Bread slices

    Firstly take 4 potatoes and boil in pressure about 4 vessels than cool it and peel it Now take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it.Than take kadai pour oil in it than add 2 finely chopped onion,1green chilli,ginger garlic paste,cumin seed saute it for 4 mins than add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt as per taste

    Than add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves,chat masala,lemon juice and mix well.Now take 1 bread slice spread coriander chutney over the bread.

    Than put potato masala over the bread. Take a tawa grease the tawa with butter or ghee than put bread on tawa and toast till golden brown and crisp.

    Cut bread into triangle shape.put some chopped onion and tomato over the potato masala and sprinkle chia and coriander chutney and serve it in a serving tray
