பாதி வதங்கியதும் மிளகாய் தூள், மல்லி தூள், சீரகம் தூள், பெருங்காயம் உப்பு சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்

பின்னர் வறுத்த ரொட்டி துண்டுகளை கடாயில் சேர்த்து நன்கு கிளறி விடவும்.
