Ingredients

30 minutes
3 - 4 persons
  • 2 cupsrice flour
  • 1/2 cupfinally chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped dill leaves
  • 1/2 cupfresh shredded coconut
  • Oil for roasting roti
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves, 2 green chillies finely chopped, one inch grated ginger, curry leaves finely chopped, cumin seeds, salt as per taste
  • Warm water for kneading the dough

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place rice flour and salt in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves grated, fresh coconut, washed and cut dill leaves.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, cumin seeds.

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients well then knead soft dough using warm water.

  5. 5

    Rest the dough for five minutes.

  6. 6

    Heat tava on medium flame, roast roti on both the sides using oil.

  7. 7

    Serve this roti with coconut chutney and butter.
