Ingredients

  1. Idli
  2. 3 cuprice
  3. 1 cupudad dal
  4. 1/2 cupCurd
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 tspOil
  8. sambhar
  9. 1 cupTuar dal
  10. 2 spoonOil
  11. 1 tspMustard seeds
  12. 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  13. 6-7Curry leaves
  14. 1big Onion chopped
  15. 1 tspImli(tamarind) pulp
  16. 1 tsp Jeggery
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1/4 tspturmeric / Haldi Powder
  19. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  20. 1 tspSambhar masala

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice and udad dal separately for 6 to 8 hours. Later pour all water and make idli better in mixture jar with the help of curd and water.rest idli better for 6 to 7 hrs.

    Now take 1/4 cup hot water, soda by carb and oil in a cup mix well and add this in the of idli...Add salt and mix well.now heat idli cooker with water and put idli better in idli plates which is already Grease with oil.steam it for 20 mins.

    For sambhar take tuverdal in the pressure cooker and make 3 to 4 whistle. Grind with blender..

    Take oil in a pan, when heated add mustard in it after that add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves in it... Add onion and green chilli saute this becomes pink.Now add tuverdal in it and add all masalas in it and mix well....Now add imli and Jeggery.Boil it for 10 mins. Serve with idli....
