Ingredients

  1. idli
  2. 4 cupparboiled rice
  3. 1 cupurad dal
  4. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  5. To tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Parboiled rice for 5.6 time and soak in water 4 hours..grind the urad dal for 10 minutes with little water.Add water during grinding till you get smooth better.Take a mixing bowl and add all the above listed ingredients along with water. Mix thoroughly and bring it to batter consistency. Let the batter rest for 10 min

    Grind the rice for 10 min make a smooth better

    Mix the better with clean hand for 10 min, cover the better and fermet for at least 8 hours

    Grish the idli moulds pour the better in the moulds

  5. 5

    Steam the idli in a steamer for 5..7 min

  6. 6

    Allow the idli to cool 5 min, remove the idli from.mould with the help of spoon
