Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1 cupudad dal
  3. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Sambhar
  6. 1/2 cuptuar dal
  7. 1potato
  8. 1small bringal
  9. 1tomato puree
  10. 1onion puree
  11. 100 gramlouki
  12. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  14. As neededCurry
  15. 1 tbspsambhar masala
  16. 1 tspred chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 2 tbspturmrid puree
  19. 2 tbspOil
  20. as neededWater
  21. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the dal and rice in water for 4 hour.Add baking soda, salt and oil to it. Idles batter is ready.

    Grease idli mould with oil and pour the batter in it.Put the moulds in a idli steamer and cook for 5 to 10 min.Once it get cool remove the idli from mould. Idlis are ready.

    First chopped all veggies. Take the pressure cooker add water,dal and all vegies,salt and cook it.

    Take a fry pan heat the oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute it. Now add onion puree and tomato puree and saute it.Now add salt,red chilli powder,sambar masala and mix well.Now add the mixture in it and mix well and cook it for 2-3 mints.Sambar is ready and serve it with idli.
