Cooking Instructions

Take idli batter in a mixing bowl (for batter soak 2 cups of rice, and 1 cup of urad dal in water overnight, next day grind to a smooth paste and keep aside for 7-8 hrs for fermentation)

Add eno n salt.

Pour this batter into an idli mould and steam for 15 to 20min (10min on high flame and 5min on low flame)

An demold idli as it cools down.

For sambar Boil tur dal with tomato and salt.

Take Kadai put oil, Rai Curry patta, and chopped onion.

Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato, and imli water.

Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder Salt Let it boil.

Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil adds hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.

Your yummy Idli sambar is ready to Serve.
