  1. For potato stuffing:
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 4 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
  5. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  6. 1/2 tspanardana seeds
  7. 2green chillies
  8. 1/2 cupgreen peas(matar)
  9. 1/8 cup small paneer cubes
  10. 6-7 halfcashews
  11. 6-7raisins
  12. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tspsalt
  15. Handfulcoriander leaves
  16. as requiredReadymade spring roll wrappers

Cooking Instructions

    Put wok on a fire add some oil in it.Heat the oil and then add jeera,coriander seeds,green chillies,green peas,paneer cubes,cashews and raisins.Then fry it for a minute.

    Now add chilli powder,garam masala, anardana seeds, mashed boiled potatoes.Mix it well.

    Then add salt,coriander leaves and mix it and let them cool.

    Now take a wrapper add the filling and seal it with water gently and properly.Make all the samosa's like this.

    Drop it in hot oil on low flame.Fry it on low heat until it comes up.Fry it on low to medium heat until golden brown.

    Take it out.Crispy samosa is ready.
