  1. 1 1/2 cupDates without seed
  2. 1 cupMix dry fruits
  3. 2 tbspKhus khus or poppy seed
  4. 1 tbspGhee
  5. 20 cmAluminium foil

    Take de seeded dates in a grinder and grind it.you will get a thick paste don't make it very fine.

    Now heat up a pan dry roast poppy seed and keep it in a bowl. In the same pan add 1tsp ghee and add chopped mix dry fruits and roast it till the good aroma come.and keep it in another bowl.

    Now in the same pan add 1 tsp ghee add the grinded dates in it soon it will become soft at this time add all the dry fruits and 1 tbsp poppy seed mix it properly. Then shift this on the platter and make a fine shape.

    Now spread poppy seed on the plate and start rolling dates roll on it.then cover this roll in a aluminium foil keep it side or in a fridge for cool down. Then cut into thick rolls. Our dates rolls are ready
