Cooking Instructions

Activate the dry yeast for 10 minutes

Add the first 2 cups of flour into and bowl and mix in the yeasty water

Seal and cover in a warm place for an hour

Add the salt, oil and extra flour (2 cups)

Knead the flour until smooth than seal and wrap and let it sit for an hour

Break off piece around 300g, into a ball and place it on a pan, seal and wrap for 6-8hrs
- 7
Lightly flour, shape the pizza, add topping and place in an oven to max for 10minutes
