Cooking Instructions

Boil 2 cups of macaroni in a pot. Add 1 tsp of salt and oil to it. Drain the boiled pasta under tap water and leave it aside.

Now take a large pan. Melt a bar of butter on a very medium flame. Add 3 tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Here I felt the need to add some more butter. Now mix well until the flour is nicely cooked

Now add milk little by little and keep stirring continuously. Use an egg beater to whisk the mixture. Keep the stove on a low flame.

Once you whisk the mixture really well, you get the consistency as shown in the picture. Keep the stove on a low flame

Now add water little by little and keep whisking the mixture again. Until you get a nice medium thick consistency for the sauce.

Now add a teaspoon of salt, chilli flakes, all seasoning herbs (this has garlic flavor to it and I love it 😀), followed by mustard seeds and mix well. Finally added one cup of grated cheese and mix well. The stove needs to be on a low flame

Add the boiled macaroni to the pan and mix well and there you go. Mac and cheese is ready 😋

You can toast the leftover macaroni in a bread sandwich 🥪
