Parboil the spaghetti, wash and drain.

Pour oil in a pot, fry the onions and scotch bonnets. Add the cut vegetables and stir, allow it to cook for few minutes. Add your turmeric powder and seasoning, stir well until well combined.

Then add the parboiled spaghetti and a little water to cook it. Add a pinch of salt to adjust the taste.

Once the water dries, then your meal is ready. Serve!
