Spring onion paratha is a simple and flavourful flatbread made with spring onion, flour, coriander leaves and green chilli.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cupspring onion chopped
  3. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  4. 2-3chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tbspchat masala
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl take all-purpose flour. Add salt pepper chat masala and one tbsp of oil. Mix well. Now add spring onion, coriander leaves and green chilli mix it.

    Add warm water and knead a soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

    Knead the dough again. Make an equal portion from the dough. Take one portion. Roll it into a slight thick chapati. Put it on hot tawa. After few second flip it. Add oil and cook both sides till golden spots are there. Take it out from the tawa.

    Repeat the same process. Serve it with curd.
