Ingredients

30-40 minutes
2-3 persons
  1. 1 cupdhuli moong dal, soaked in water overnight,
  2. Pinchhing,
  3. to taste, salt
  4. 1 med sized onion chopped finely,
  5. 2-3 green chilli chopped finely,
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder,
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
  8. as neededSome dhania patta chopped,
  9. as neededoil for frying,

Cooking Instructions

    Strain dal. Take a mixer jar, add dal & hing, grind it to a fine paste. Add water if required.

    Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients into the moong dal paste, mix it well. Keep aside for a while.

    Now take small portions of the mixture, drop in the hot oil. Lower the flame now.

  5. 5

    Deep fry it till light brown, do not over cook it.

  6. 6

    Now take out on absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.

  7. 7

    Plate it & serve it with some chutney or dip.
