Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspMustard oil
  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. 4-5green chill chopped
  4. 6-7chopped garlic
  5. 250 gmcabbage shredded
  6. 1capcicum (cut into slice)
  7. 100 gmsFrench beans
  8. 2-3medium sized tomato sliced
  9. 1big onion sliced
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  12. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. Add oil when it's become warm add cumin seeds and green chilli.

  2. 2

    Now add cabbage, capcicum and beans in it and mix it well. Fry it for 5 minutes on high flame with stir continuously.

    After that add onion and tomato and mix it well. Now cook it 6-7 minutes on medium flame.

    Now add salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and mix it well. Now cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

    Your simple and tasty cabbage fry is ready to eat. Serve it with hot chapati and enjoy it.
