Heat up the kadhai or tawa. Add oil and jeera. Once jeera crackles, add onions. Cook for sometime till it turns translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few mins. Then add capsicum, cabbage, green peas. Cook for few seconds. Then add tomatoes.

Add spices like turmeric powder, salt, dhania jeera powder. Mix all well. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Adjust spices according to your taste.

Then add cooked rice and potatoes. Mix all well. Add lemon juice and give everything a good mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
