Cooking Instructions

Wash the spinach & keep it aside.Heat a pan put butter. Whenever the butter is melted put bayleaf,chop onion & garlic sauteed till it's becomes golden brown.

Put spinach & sauteed till the water becomes dry.Cool it &left the bayleaf,than makes a paste.

Again heat a pan add the spinach paste & milk,mix it well.Whenever it's comes 2-3 boils than add the cornflour slurry & blackpepper powder salt mix it well & cook 1 mints Spinach soup is ready.

Spinach soup is ready to serve.Garnishing with fresh cream serve it immediately.
